By accessing or using Classroom Library ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Classroom Library is a web-based application that allows educators to manage a catalog of books, track checkouts and returns, and maintain borrower records for their classroom libraries.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within the application (book entries, catalog data, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the application's functionality.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Availability & Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
